Danny Xie came Australia in 1988, he has lived in Greater Sydney over 33 years and is well known and liked by those in the local and Real Estate communities for giving generously of his time.

Danny run his small business with best service with local people over 20 years in Ryde area. 

He has been awarded by local paper - Torch for “ Best Luck Shop in Ryde”in 2005.

Danny started his working life in small business experience where he developed his love for customer service, a trait that has helped him tremendously in his illustrious 10 years career in the Realestate industry in 2013.

Danny was thrown in the deep end in sales but quickly found out his feet through hard work and dedication and has been a consistent performer ever since having been achieved numerous awards and accolades and is a regular feature in the top echelon in the business.

Danny and his family have lived in greater Sydney over 33 years and he believes that this common connection with other families in the local community and extensive knowledge and history of the area directly relate to his successes and gives him an edge over other agents when negotiating a sale. It’s not about selling a product to someone, it’s about painting the picture and them wanting to be part of it, he has the ability to sell the location better than anyone and has resulted in him setting price records in many suburbs within those districts.
