Administration / Executive Assistant

Basic salary $50,000 – $60,000 per year + annual bonus

The responsibilities of the Administration / Executive Assistant are as follows but not limited to:

  • Managing incoming emails/correspondence, redirecting questions and issues where appropriate and/or drafting acknowledgement or responses to email and letters.
  • Diary management, including scheduling meetings, prioritising conflicting needs and ensuring time is appropriately available for critical meetings and issues.
  • Preparation and distribution of relevant documentation, including agency agreement, sales advice, legal documents, forms, meeting agendas, training documents and other paperwork.
  • Act as the facilitation point, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Managing Director and staff.
  • You will liaise with builder, developer, solicitor and other third parties on a regular basis and these interactions.
  • Dropbox Management  – electronic filing etc
  • Assistant accountant and external audit team to manage company trust account.
  • Minute taking and following up action items, as appropriate.
  • Plan, monitor, and following up cyclical agenda items.
  • Organise virtual meetings using video-conferencing software.
  • Manage ongoing and outstanding tasks for the Managing Director. 
  • Work directly with internal/ external clients; develop and maintain relationships.
  • Assist with business development activities.
  • Assist with events and social functions.
  • Manage various ongoing projects as required.
  • Replenish office materials and supplies as required

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 1yr + professional experience 
  • High level written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and identify when to reschedule and re-organise work to reflect changes in priority.
  • High degree of computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office or Mac OS 
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • High degree of motivation and initiative
  • Previous experience in Real Estate 

Junior Sales Role / Traineeship

Company will provide 2 months training. Candidates with high performance have three months’ internship opportunities with Basic Salary + Commission

Your duties include but not be limited to:

  • Prospecting and generating leads.
  • Diary Management/organise appointments.
  • Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties.
  • Liaise with vendors and buyers / investor.
  • Database management.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training.
  • Other office duties as required.

Basic salary $50,000 – $80,000 + Commission + Share

  • Hold a valid and current Real Estate Licence (essential).
  • 3-5 years solid experience in real estate or other relevant investment industry.
  • Sales Director Requirement: 2 years local experience for sales manager level or equal position level.
