William Lin has more than ten years’ sales experiences in Real Estate, focuses on the research and sale of House & Land project.  Through past years’ researching of property developing & building procedures, architectural structure and interior finish standards; comparing and analysing of different developers’ property architectures; studying of relevant laws and regulations, he has keen judgement in Real Estate market. 

William Lin was selling Central Coast House & Land packages in 2013 and 2014.  From 2014 until 2021, he focused on the sales of Sydney north-western and south-western House & Land packages.  During those years, he has helped more than 100 family investors achieve the goal of assets doubled.  The investors are very satisfied with William’s consulting services which help them get high returns with low risks.
