31st August 2019, Realtisan hosted a ‘Workplace Culture & NLP Knowledge Sharing’ speech in Erskineville, Sydney.
Even though it was a rainy Saturday, there were still lots of friends coming to our sharing.
Realtisan’s founder & director Wilhelm Luo introduced the community project ‘Park Sydney’ to all attendees. Then, our speaker Yong Zhang started the NLP speech today.
NLP short for Neuro-linguistic programming is a pseudoscientific approach to communication and personal development.NLP’s creators claim there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioural patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
